CEI Know-how Exchange Programme (KEP) – Call for Proposals 2026

Central European Initiative call for capacity building, institutional strengthening and technical assistance projects transferring know-how from EU CEI members to non-EU CEI members. Grants are up to EUR 40,000 and up to 50% of total project costs.

About this opportunity

The 2026 KEP call has a total budget of EUR 550,000. It supports cooperation between institutions and entities in CEI Member States, especially projects helping non-EU CEI members advance towards EU standards and policies through practical know-how transfer.

Enhance European integration, strengthen economic and social advancement of non-EU CEI Member States, build institutional capacity and promote international cooperation.
