1. About FundPilotPro
FundPilotPro is an independent platform that helps you discover, search and track funding opportunities — grants, tenders and calls for proposals — from public programmes, donors and institutions. FundPilotPro is not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Union or any funding authority, and it is not itself a funder.
2. Accounts
To save searches, bookmark opportunities or receive alerts, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
3. Accuracy of information
FundPilotPro compiles opportunity information from public and third-party sources. While we aim to keep listings accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that every detail — including deadlines, budgets and eligibility criteria — is complete or current. Always verify the details directly with the official funding source before applying, and use the official link provided on each opportunity.
4. Applications
FundPilotPro does not process or submit applications on your behalf. All applications are made directly with the relevant funding source or programme, subject to their own rules and requirements.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, scraping content at scale without permission, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep FundPilotPro available and reliable, but the platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and may update these Terms of Use as the platform evolves.
7. Limitation of liability
FundPilotPro is provided for informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundPilotPro is not liable for decisions made based on information found on the platform, or for any missed deadline, rejected application or loss arising from reliance on listed information.
