The Eureka Xecs 2026 call supports market-oriented international R&D projects in quantum sensing, metrology, communication and cybersecurity, and enabling electronic components and systems for quantum computing. Turkish capital companies must participate as lead organisations; universities and public research bodies may join as partners.
